TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This is an agreement between you ("User") and Sitka Blogs ("Service Provider") wherein the Service Provider shall provide web hosting, a pre-configured and setup Blog, and no less than one email address to the User for their own uses as administrator. 2. You will have a one-month grace period to try out the service. After this time, you must make complete payment by PayPal or other approved means to continue use of the Service. When you sign up you will be notified when your grace period expires, and it will be up to you to make payment before that time. Access to your blog may be temporarily suspended at the whim of the Service Provider if they feel payment shall not be made in a timely manner. 3. You will post no content to your blog that you are not the sole copyright owner of or that you are not authorized to post. If the Service Provider detects any objectionable data through word-of-mouth, direct content scanning, or any other means available to them, you may be required to remove the objectionable content or have access to your blog suspended. 4. Use your common sense. This means that just because I didn't include it in the Terms and Conditions doesn't mean you shouldn't do it! 5. Service Provider reserves the right to modify or ammend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. I have read and accept the above Terms and Conditions. Required!
